Our freshly harvested products like apples, specially dried fruits and vegetable, honey, apple-juice, effective micro-organisms and everything concerning EM can be purchased in our farm shop.Our own assortment of goods is completed by a few other suppliers from surrounding ecological farms. Winklhof has 24 hectars of land divided in 10 ha apple-plant, 13ha farmland, 1ha meadow and 3ha woods. All grounds are being organically supplied with effective micro-organisms (EM). Each ha of our fruit plants is irrigated with 125 gallons of regenerated organisms. Visit us and see for yourself.

EM Meetings
Every second Wednesday interested people meet at the restaurant "Kronseder" in Wambach, Taufkirchen/Vils, Germany to discuss any news about our EM-products.
Refreshing - zippy - light
We like to introduce two new products: organic "schorle" (apple juice with mineral water) and apple juice with aronia berries, both freshly bottled.
Organic Apple-schorle
Made from sun-riped and freshly pressed organic apples. Only the natural flavors of the fruit fluids that have been established during the growing period are present in our natural apple schorle, which is refreshing and prickles your taste buds.
Contains 50% fresh organic fruit.
Apple-Aronia-schorle

Citrose Tea: Very high virtue tested
Professor Dr. P.C. Dartsch, certified Biochemist, CEO and Director of the Institute of Cellbiologic Testsystems cites in his expertise of 12/04/2007 that the "Winklhof Citrose Tea" made from citrose herbs has a high antioxidating effectiveness. Drinking of only a few cups of this tea per day will prevent oxidative stress or inflammation caused by free radical oxygen.
Organic Apple-juice
Our organic apples grow on our own plantation and are hand.picked in a totally ripe condition.
They are pressed to a 100% direct unfiltered fruit-juice and are intensive in taste. The apples from controlled organic cultivation are certified by the IMO Institute (DE-005-Ecological-Control)
